I have installed the product and all went well. When choosing the x-mirage and mirroring, I can see the home screen on my iPad Air (iOS 8.1) and have no issues with seeing apps, but x-mirage won't show any videos. In fact, they freeze. That is, if I choose x-mirage and mirroring, I can't get any video to play. I click the play button and nothing happens.
I note from your help library that there is a problem with NetFlix and Amazon which is what I'm facing. If you guys haven't solved the problem, I can't use this product so please advise if you have and if so, how.
Also I can't see any method to record anything which is mirrored to my PC (Win 7 64U) or how to choose the format for the recorded file or anything relating at all to recording.

Hi, NetFlix and Amazon prevent AirPlay Streaming, but mirroring works. Would you please send us the screenshot?
As for recording, just click the Record button on the right side of the screen, click it once again to stop recording. Then export the file to .mp4 video.

I too have this video streaming and mirroring issue.
I am testing this to use for various purposes both at home and in my university classroom.
I can mirror PPT, news articles and other images from my ipad apps fine; but when trying to mirror video from various services there is failure. Have currently only tested at home streaming Ipad and Iphone to my macbook.
The video services Ive tried are Itunes (obviously I can play itunes directly on macbook or Apple TV at home but I want to mirror/stream from my ipad in the classroom to the screen because I have video in my personal Itunes library).
For the same reason I want to use material from my Amazon video account, and Netflix. They dont work. I can get sound from Amazon, not video. On both, something seems to start but instantly stops.
I also cant get any more than a small screen in a box from BBC Iplayer.
Effectively then all video I may want to use cant be streamed or mirrored with this software! it may well be due to restrictions placed by many services and by Apple but you cant really claim 'mirror anything' when much of the video sources people will use cant be streamed or mirrored in fact.
If I have merely missed some settings, do tell me. If not, you will need to be more explicit that video mirroring is limited.
